Green Dot - Mobile Banking App Reviews

So I forgot my password, went through the whole reset process, the app tells me I cant use the app for this, go to the site in my browser. So I do that. Get there and the site tells me I can only use the one time password once, and I already did. Ok fine, go through the reset process, again. Return to the website and it tells me again that the one time password ha been used. By who? How? I just got the new temporary password and havent typed it anywhere. An infinite loop that is forcing me to go ahead and set up a "PayPower" card (similar to Green Dot) instead. And wasted about 30 minutes of my time.

Always problems with their app, shows ATMs that arent free as it says. Always no information when I call, straight up horrible card. DONT GET THIS CRAP.

Ive been trying to register my card and it wont work Ill never use green dot again

It kept saying my info was wrong and I know it wasnt, then it kept wanting me to re enter my username cause it said it cant start with a letter...It started with an "A"! Ridiculous!!! The card seems to be working fine but they NEED to fix their online issues YESTERDAY!

App wont let me log in.. It wud say i got to log in through the website but not the app.. And when im log in to the website and tried again on the app same result..

New customer cant login. Green dot overall is good but the app is not recommended in anyway shape or form

I try to change my address because it automatically messed up my address so everyone of my purchases from geek are just pending and when I try to change address it says try again later

Can not reset password!!!!! When it sends me a temp password it says I have to reset on the website. I go to the website and enter the code and it says "one time password already used"???? So I deleted the app and will no longer use the card! Get it together!

I remembered mine and it is the best debit card app ever! Just remember your login and it will go perfect.

Can you just make the transactions visible like it used to be seems like a hassle having to click an extra tab to look at my transactions other than that the app works fine

Wont let me log into the app, says wrong info, I then use same info on my computer and it magically works. Please fix.

This update is horrible. Deleted it and reinstalled only to get the same loading circle. Do you folks actually test the apps before releasing?!

This card is hoax I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD!!! They ask for all your PERSONAL information just to use your OWN money, STAY AWAY FROM IT!

Is it possible to get green dot to be comparable with Apple Pay? That would be the best and plus, more people around the world would use it.

Great app instead of calling them I can just pick up my phone and see my balance I got confused of my account but I figured it out Greendot cards are fun to use instead of using money and carrying money that can disappear in about a second.
