Green Dot - Mobile Banking App Reviews

It used to work fine for me, but it was so long ago, I cant even remember when it was. All it does is stay on the opening screen with the spinning wheel. Never does it actually open and reach the actual login section. This app needs a serious overhaul!

The app will not let me log in. However I can pull up their website on my iPhone 5s and log in just fine. You might as well bookmark the link and add it to your home screen. The app is pointless.

Service error, service error , enough to make me go crazy please fix

Please optimize it for iPhone 6+ users its too zoomed in.

I recommend to never get one of these cards because the service is slow and they are always trying to rip you off and also the app is honestly terrible. Literally so many glitches its ridiculous.

You cant ever sign into the app or the website. It gives you an error message. Called and spoke to a rep who said theres nothing they can do and its probably just maintenance. So you guys are doing maintenance 24/7 and still cant get basic functions right? RIDICULOUS.

The main screen, transactions and deposit checks screens wont load. It sits at the little spinning circle with "loading" and after a while comes up with an error message every time. Everything else works fine but I cant see my pending deposits from direct deposit or any of my purchases/withdrawals.

I give it a 3 star mainly because it doesnt function very well. The only area Ive been having issues with is the check scanner option and greendot makes 0 mentions about it. I googled it and all I can find are areas to go to to deposit checks. Since I have limited mobility, the ability to scan my checks would be great! Since PayPal did away with their check scanning ability on their Mobile app I have to find away to do it that doesnt require me to go to a bank my self which causes me too much drama.

Please update this app as it stop opening on my iPad mini 3

Its ok. But my biggest issue is that the mobile check deposits does not work. Every time I click on it it brings me back to the home screen. Please fix this.

Hands down worse app out there their website isnt any better and over I would say dont buy their card or product its not worth the time.

Im loving this new update! Well done guys!!

The app was working fine before the 4.0.0 update and now I have no connection to it even with wifi or LTE the update has some unattended bugs. Fix them and Ill give a better rate and its not due to any dependencies with My IPSW Im running iOS 8.4.

With the new update it keeps locking me out of my account and will not let me login in. Bad Idea!

I had no issues with the original version but when the new version automatically downloaded it does not work one single bit.

Finally you got it to work on the 6+ but now its broken on 3rd gen ipad? Id really like to love this (at one point in time) very useful app (but on both my idevices) so until then
