Other then that its a fairly decent app.

Cant believe this app. Had my account for years, & tried to get app. Tells me my info matches no known account. Called customer service, & get told I should use it on my computer instead of my phone. I dont own a computer. Suddenly cant log into the website through my phones browser either. The woman just kept telling me I need to use it on a computer. My account is suddenly useless after years, & I have $ in there!

This app is horrible. What use is there in this app if you cant log in....

Why have an option to deposit a check when it NEVER WORKS!!

Terrible. Says it cant load my account. GreenDot over all has terrible products. Visa needs to go back to their normal prepaid cards with no problems.

Every time I try to log in on the app, it says that I have to be logged into the website in order to access my account on the app. Tried it and it still didnt work. Ridiculous

JOIN APPLE PLAY OR IM CANCELLING MY CARD!!!

I cannot say enough how happy I am with this service. My direct deposit is available same day its sent. App is great. So glad I picked them. I got tired of bank fees.

Green Dot is alright but this card needs to merge with Apple Pay, you have way to many people on apple and we are all waiting for this to happen

Why the hell did you make an app to see how much you have on your card if you cant even log in using it. It just tells me to go on the website like whats the point of this app?!

I have tried logging in countless times. Spoken to customer support and have gotten not help. I use this card for my son and I cant even deposit a freaking check because I CANT LOG IN!!! FIX THE APP PEOPLE!

Ive had the app now for several years now and I havent had the problems talked about in other reviews. I only have one suggestion for you. My banks app will let me sign in using my Touch ID on my iPhone 5S and my iPad Air 2. Is there a way you could see if this is possible for this app. That way I can utilize the features of my devices.

I love having my greendot visa and Ive rarely had problems with my account. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It tells you everything you could need to know. However, having an iPhone and an iPad, I do most of my shopping online. I wish greendot would merge with apple pay, that way I dont need to enter my card info every time I want to purchase something. Im almost considering transitioning back to traditional banking for this reason only. Please merge and I will, and many others will stay loyal doing banking with GD. Also I wish the money paks were still available because some cashiers are clueless on how to reload. Thats not GDs fault but there was a lot less time wasted with the money paks. Thanks!
